Pinnacle Grill Restaurant represents the pinnacle of fine dining. The creative menus feature premium seafood and delicious beef. The restaurant is located on the Lower Promenade Deck and can only be dined at with prior reservation and has an additional charge.
Dishes range from filet mignon, jumbo prawns, lobster tail and sterling silver beef. Starters include Caesar salad and desserts include baked Alaska. Guests can enjoy a fish sandwich, pasta or salad for lunch. One evening per cruise the restaurant is transformed into 'An Evening at Le Cirque'. It has changes to its wine list, tale decorations and the menu. It serves dishes from Sirio Macciono's New York Restaurant.
The Master Chef's Room is a private reservations only room within the Pinnacle Grill, serving a set 7 course menu with premium wines. Only open on select evenings, the $89 per person charge covers the seven courses and wine parings with food served on Versace china. Dishes on offer include goose liver, frappe of lobster, sea bass, granite, veal, cheeses, chocolate seduction dessert, petit fours and coffee and tea.
